Today, you should enjoy the beautiful pool area at the Ola Hotel Maioris. You can also take a short walk from Puig d’en Ros to the impressive cliffs. For those staying at the hotels at the Playa de Palma, we recommend taking a stroll along the beach promenade.
The day will start with a personal tour information meeting and bike fitting. Then, after a short bus transfer, you will get to Colònia with its sandy beaches and crystal clear water. You will ride your bike along the saline fields of Llevant with the salt lakes. Typical windmills line the path to Capocorp Vell, the Realm of the Cyclops (remnants of the native inhabitant dwellings). From there, you will soon get back to your hotel.
In the morning, the bus will take you to Sineu. The small city is the geographical centre of the island and is well known for its golden lion proudly overlooking the city from the stairs of the parish church. Afterwards, you will cycle downhill on beautiful paths, through untouched nature and little villages, and back to the hotel.
First, you will pedal to Cap Blanc where you will have a wonderful view of the sea. From there, you will continue your trip on beautiful bike paths towards the island centre. In Llucmajor, you can take a rest in the Cafe Colon founded in 1928. In Majorca, the town is well-known for its shoe production, and it is also the place where the Majorcan monarchy officially was ended. Sporty cyclists might want to cycle up the holy mountain Randa. However, these 20 extra kilometres require a bit of fitness. Afterwards, you will soon be back at your hotel.
In the morning, you will take the bus to Inca, the city of leather goods production. We recommend visiting the numerous shops. Today’s bike journey will be full of contrasts. First, the route will lead through the rural hinterland and sleepy villages. Once you have reached the coast, however, the island awakens and the route will lead you partly along the Playa and back to your hotel.
The day will start with a transfer to the mountains of the Sierra and to the monastery Lluc (possibility for sightseeing) and later up to 1,200 metres above sea level from where you will have a marvellous view of the island. Afterwards, you will continue your trip through Fornalutx (“most beautiful village in Spain” where you will get an excellent Paella meal (incl.)), and partly through orange and lemon plantations to Port de Sóller, one of the most charming fishing villages of the island. The bus will take you back to your hotel.
You will ride your bike on the beautiful bike path along the coast, past the Playa, to the capital of the island. There, you will get the possibility to participate in a guided walking tour through the very interesting old town with its cathedral. On your way back to the hotel, you will again cycle along the coast.
The different stages with about 50 kilometres can be cycled easily by anyone. Only a few slight climbs have to be mastered. Almost all of the ways are asphalted. The individual stages can be shortened or extended. The itinerary, especially the order of the different stages, is subject to change!

This accommodation is located in extensive gardens directly by Sa Coma’s sandy beach.
The 4**** hotel is located best in Cala Millor – silent but still central and only the beach promenade is between the hotel and the sea!
