- Exact travel details (date, extra wishes as extra nights and transfers, etc.)
- Applicant details (address, telephone number, e-mail-address)
- Details of other attendants (names, birth dates, body heights)
Please consider following during your reservation:
- The travel date can be filled in by calendar or manual (dd.mm.yyyy)
- “Arrival” is the beginning of the tour itself, please do not mention additional nights before the tour in this intake
- We have mentioned several options – varying according to the journey – in our drop-down menus
- Additional nights can be booked before, during or after a tour
- “Special wishes and advices”: you can fill in your personal notes and additions as well as following information:
- Special wishes concerning hotel, room or catering
- that you travel together with other guests, who booked separately
- Information about your wished discounts
