Tips for online booking

Please have the following information ready:

Exact details of the trip (dates, additional requests such as extra nights and transfers, etc.)
Exact details of the person making the booking (address, telephone number, e-mail address)
Exact details of the travellers (names, dates of birth, height)

Please note the following when entering the dates:

The arrival date can be entered using the calendar or manually (dd.mm.yyyy).
Arrival date’ refers to the arrival date for the trip itself, not for any additional nights before the trip.
The drop-down fields offer various selection options, depending on the trip.
Depending on the trip, additional nights can be booked before, during or after the tour.
In the ‘Other requests & notes’ field, you will find a free text field for your personal notes and additions as well as for the following information, for example:
- special hotel, room or catering requests
- Note that you are travelling together with other guests
- Special diet

Please check your entry in step 5 / summary for correctness and completeness!

Our booking form is a binding booking enquiry - you will receive the exact price details during the booking process.
