We are also there for you between the public holidays...

We’re here for you even during the holidays! Our office will be closed only on Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year’s Eve (December 31). On all other days, you can reach us as usual from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – we’re happy to assist you even during the holiday season.

Whether by phone or email, we look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to assist you as always.

As the year comes to a close, we would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your trust—we look forward to working with you in 2026!

Introduced: Carsten Rehbein

My name is Carsten Rehbein, and I’m actually a man from Hamburg, almost 60 years old. But the work and love took me to the Lüneburg Heath. So I still live near Lüneburg today. For a Rückenwind, I take care of the guests in the Lüneburger Heide, work out routes and am glad to be taken with me to trade fairs. After all, I’m a chatty guy.

Our guides on site in the office in Oldenburg

Before the season start in 2023, we meet our guides on site in our office and discuss the innovations for the current cycling season. Since we have a new booking system this year, all guides have come together to take part in a training session and also to meet their colleagues in person again. We are alos planning to introduce a new app. The Guibo App will be available on many of our cycling tours during the next season. So this season we are still working on our tours and will gradually add them to the app. In France, the new app will already be available this year.
