Arrive in Goersdorf and move into your 5-star gîte. Enjoy the resort's pool and spa.

Relive the memories and emotions of the war of 1870 through the numerous memorials that line these small country roads. The route winds between fields and orchards and offers an idyllic setting. Admire the blossoming fruit trees in spring and the ripe fruit in summer. To visit: the Museum of the Battle of 6 August 1870 in Woerth, where you can discover poignant exhibitions.

A beautiful walk through the wooded hills of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park. You can explore imposing medieval fortresses such as the Fleckenstein and Wasigenstein castles. Follow the marked trails of the Vosges Club to visit the sights on foot. Along the way, you can absorb the history of these monuments while enjoying the tranquillity of the surrounding forests

This adventure invites you to discover the natural riches and geothermal powers of the region, such as the thermal waters of Morsbronn-les-Bains and the asphalt that was once extracted in the mines of Lobsann. In addition, the French Petroleum Museum in Merkwiller-Pechelbronn provides an impressive illustration of oil production in this basin, where the first wells in France and Europe were drilled.

The Peace Tour is a challenging route, characterised by the symbol of the dove of peace. Due to the many climbs, a good physical condition is recommended. Today you cross the border to spend part of the day in Germany. On your way, you will pass charming villages and memorials dedicated to peace and reconciliation. At the ‘Black Plaque’ site, information boards remind you of Franco-German history. The ‘Area 1’ site with its 85 bunkers tells the story of the former Cold War special weapons camp.

This route takes you through picturesque landscapes to Niederbronn-les-Bains. This charming spa town is nestled in the heart of the Sûre Valley and offers a peaceful and revitalising environment. In Gundershoffen, you can discover all the secrets of the legendary Alsatian pretzel at the pretzel factory.

After breakfast, individual return journey or start of your extension.

Holiday home with 100m² on a mezzanine level with terrace, for 2 people. The Madeleine holiday home is a romantic, intimate and extremely comfortable retreat. The private terrace on the edge of the forest and by the river invites you to relax on sunny days. Gîte Jacques - Schägel

Holiday home with 110m² and terrace, for 4 people. The Jacques holiday home is located on the ground floor of the building, facing the river and the garden. It is a very beautiful, bright flat in soft and soothing colours. A real haven of peace, complemented by a private terrace at ground level. Ideal for a family of 4 or for 2 couples of friends. A shared wellness area invites you to relax and unwind with a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.

Gîte Thérèse - Ressl

Holiday home of 130m² on the upper floor with terrace, for 7 people. The Thérèse holiday home is the largest and is located on the first floor, opposite the Madeleine holiday home. It consists of a flat with 2 bedrooms and an adjoining separate bedroom. This family flat has been designed to make your holiday comfortable and unforgettable. Enjoy spacious rooms and especially the beautiful terrace with its own jacuzzi. A shared wellness area invites you to relax and unwind with a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and an outdoor sauna.
